She is also 70 years old.<\/p>\n<p>In delving into her routine, she tried \u2014 but hated \u2014 the luxury weight loss GLP-1 medication, Ozempic.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Kris says, she\u2019s found the \u201cgame changer\u201d that <em>has <\/em>improved her life.<\/p>\n<figure><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" alt=\"Kris Jenner speaks on the SHE MD podcast.\"   src=\"https:\/\/cdn.thehollywoodgossip.com\/uploads\/2026\/05\/0508_use_krisjenner_01.png\" loading=\"lazy\" data-trellis-processed=\"1\"><figcaption>In May 2026, Kris Jenner appeared on the SHE MD podcast.<span> (Image Credit: YouTube)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 id=\"h-she-s-not-an-ozempic-girlie-but\">She\u2019s not an Ozempic girlie, but \u2026<\/h2>\n<p>The momager herself appeared on the Tuesday, May 5 episode of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pKSqzzY0oLc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>SHE MD<\/em> podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Among many, many other topics during the nearly 90-minute chat, Kris explained how she tried but dropped the GLP-1 medication.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI did not do, like, an Ozempic,\u201d she said of the diabetes-medicine-turned-luxury-weight-loss-drug.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI tried it,\u201d Kris confessed. \u201cWe tried it once when no one knew what it was and it made me really sick.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She recalled her state on the GLP-1. \u201cI can\u2019t work anymore. I can\u2019t. I\u2019m so sick. Let\u2019s try something else.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Together, Kris shared, the two of them \u201cdialed around and looked at different options.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Controversially, she revealed: \u201cI realized that a peptide injection was really great for me. And then I follow it up with supplements.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Peptide injections are largely untested but are very fashionable these days. Meanwhile, the supplements are good for her hair, nails, and skin.<\/p>\n<p>We want to again emphasize that the medical community advises caution when it comes to peptide injections. Just because momagers and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/04\/clavicular-survives-overdose-shows-off-facial-damage-from-life-support-mask\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">looksmaxxers<\/a> are doing something <strong>does not<\/strong> mean that it\u2019s safe or right for you.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DYClgWKmzlC\/?utm_source=ig_embed&#038;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>Late last summer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/08\/kris-jenner-new-facelift\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kris debuted her new face<\/a> after a \u201cvery famous\u201d facelift that she received from Dr. Steven Levine.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_27-0\">\u201cI had a very, well-known facelift a year ago,\u201d she acknowledged during the podcast.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_27-0\">With a laugh, Kris added: \u201cSo that was helpful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We have to acknowledge that, as evidenced by her famously beautiful daughters, she benefits from genetics that make her profoundly beautiful.<\/p>\n<p>Add decades of virtually unlimited wealth, and you have a recipe for everlasting beauty.
