That\u2019s a question fans of the popular Tonight Show<\/a> <\/em>host have been puzzling over for the better part of a year now.<\/p>\n

On TV every night, Jimmy is as upbeat and vivacious as ever. But sources close to the comic say that he\u2019s been dealing with some major issues in his personal life.<\/p>\n

Jimmy married producer Nancy Juvonen<\/a> back in 2007.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ve welcomed two children together, and Nancy is almost always by Jimmy\u2019s side at award show red carpets and other public appearances.<\/p>\n

But sources close to the couple say that their marriage is not as flawless as it appears.<\/p>\n

Last year, multiple outlets reported that Jimmy and Nancy had entered a rough patch in their marriage <\/p>\n

The rumors began around the time that former employees accused Jimmy of creating a toxic workplace.<\/p>\n

\u201cJimmy and Nancy have always had a contentious relationship, but it\u2019s been particularly bad recently,\u201d a source told In Touch<\/a><\/em> in October of 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cEspecially during the writers\u2019 strike, they were fighting a lot, arguing over money, living arrangements, and his drinking. She\u2019s very, very controlling, and it\u2019s taking a toll.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider went on to explain that Jimmy \u201ccan be a great guy,\u201d but he has \u201cdemons, and he can be selfish.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jimmy\u2019s drinking habits<\/a> and love of partying have inspired numerous tabloid headlines in the past.<\/p>\n

And a second insider suggests that his late nights may have led Nancy to demand that their family relocate to the suburbs.<\/p>\n

While there was \u201cno real clear reason\u201d behind the family\u2019s decision to relocate to Long Island, the source believes it was Nancy\u2019s idea.<\/p>\n

\u200b\u201cNancy and the kids spend summers and a lot of weekends at Sagaponack,\u201d says the insider.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the move may not have had the intended effect.<\/p>\n

Could Jimmy Fallon\u2019s Drinking Lead to Divorce?<\/h2>\n

The second source claims that Jimmy is a regular at several local bars and is \u201calways drinking and rowdy\u201d during his nights on the town.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe would jump on stage and sing, take pics, he was not subtle,\u201d the \u200binsider claims.<\/p>\n

And the differences in their lifestyles have reportedly created tension within Jimmy and Nancy\u2019s marriage.<\/p>\n

\u201cNancy has let him get away with murder in the past,\u201d the \u200bsecond source notes. <\/p>\n

\u201cShe partied hard with him back in the day. And he always had a lot of freedom. But this is different, they\u2019re never together.\u201d<\/p>\n

The situation seemed pretty dire at one point. <\/p>\n

But a few weeks after In Touch<\/em>\u2018s report, Life & Style<\/a><\/em> claimed that Jimmy had committed himself to rescuing his marriage.<\/p>\n

The outlet claims that Jimmy has put in the necessary work in order to become a better husband and boss.<\/p>\n

\u201cJimmy is turning over a new leaf \u2014 he apologized to his staff, is making family time a priority and has sought out counseling to change old patterns that don\u2019t suit him any longer,\u201d says one insider.<\/p>\n

\u201cJimmy is implementing morale-boosting programs at work \u2014 staff dinners, group yoga classes, activities that will regain the trust of employees, especially the ones whose feelings were hurt,\u201d the source adds.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe may have faltered in handling certain situations before, but he\u2019s all about learning from his mistakes.\u201d<\/p>\n
