\tFor HBO Max\u2019s official The Comeback<\/a> <\/em>video podcast, media personality and pop culture insider Evan Ross Katz<\/a> has snagged interviews with all the show\u2019s key creative talent including creators Lisa Kudrow<\/a> and Michael Patrick King.<\/p>\n

\tFor the season three finale, also the series finale<\/a>, Katz got the chance to quiz Kudrow as her character, Hollywood star Valerie Cherish. Towards the end of the episode, Katz surprises Cherish by throwing in a question from a super fan, none other than Jennifer Aniston<\/a>, Kudrow\u2019s longtime close friend from their Friends<\/a><\/em> days. \t<\/p>\n

\t\u201cHi, Valerie. My name is Jen Aniston. And I\u2019m such a huge fan,\u201d she says in the clip, which appears to have been filmed on the set of Aniston\u2019s The Morning Show.<\/em> \u201cMy question is: Is it lonelier at the top or in the middle?\u201d<\/p>\n

\tCherish is shocked that someone as famous as Aniston would be throwing in a question for her. At least at first. \u201cI don\u2019t even know what she asked me anymore because it\u2019s Jennifer Aniston who\u2019s a fan. Well, why not? Well, why not? Why shouldn\u2019t she be? Oh my. That\u2019s just thrilling. I can\u2019t even think because that was Jennifer Aniston. Okay? Jennifer Aniston talking to me like a peer. Aw, she\u2019s so sweet. I mean, we are peers. And we were on the same stage. We have a connection. Isn\u2019t that funny? It\u2019s more than just physical presence. Never better. But what did she ask?\u201d<\/p>\n

\tCherish then asks Katz if she can have a copy of the video \u201cfor my socials.\u201d <\/p>\n

\tIt\u2019s an amusing moment, and one that sees Cherish commenting on how her show How\u2019s That?!<\/em> filmed on the same Stage 24 on the Warner Bros. as Friends<\/em>, which is nodded to on The Comeback.<\/em> Ahead of the season premiere, Kudrow sat for a cover story with The Hollywood Reporter<\/em><\/a>. Aniston jumped on the phone for it to explain why she is such a fan of Kudrow, and Cherish. \u201cShe breaks my heart. She also makes me laugh. She is relatable, lovable and adored.\u201d \t<\/p>\n
