\tSeth Rogen<\/a> took to the BAFTA TV Awards<\/a> stage on Sunday to pick up the best international<\/a> series honor for The Studio<\/a><\/em>, paying homage<\/a> to his late co-star Catherine O\u2019Hara, who died in January<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\t\u201cI\u2019d be remiss not to mention one of the key parts of the show, Catherine O\u2019Hara,\u201d he said. \u201cShe meant so much to all of us.\u201d And Rogen, holding up the BAFTA<\/a> trophy, concluded in addressing the London crowd: \u201cI assume her work has been so important to you all over here as it was to us. So this is for Catherine.\u201d <\/p>\n

\tRogen started his acceptance speech by highlighting: \u201cI really didn\u2019t expect that to happen at all. And when you make a comedy, and you\u2019re up against dramas, especially, it feels really good to beat them. I have to say, it doesn\u2019t happen that often. It\u2019s a rare, rarefied thing.\u201d \t<\/p>\n

\tOf course, he didn\u2019t go without jokes. The star lauded the British TV ceremony and its audience by saying: \u201cThis award show is so cool. Thank you for having us here.\u201d He then pointed to the ceremony, and Taskmaster<\/em>, host Greg Davies, who sat on the side of the stage, saying: \u201cThis guy sits there in a little chair. I\u2019ve never seen that. I think that\u2019s cool.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tHe also referenced an on-stage appearance by Celia Imrie<\/a> earlier in the awards show, which had recalled a famous The Celebrity Traitors<\/em> scene that saw the veteran actress surprise everyone on the show and watching it. \u201cWhat just happened?\u201d host Claudia Winkleman asked at some point during that episode. \u201cI just farted, Claudia. It\u2019s nerves, but I always own up,\u201d Imrie replied, as her on-screen colleagues erupted into laughter. Rogen said on stage that he learned from her BAFTA TV Awards<\/a> stage appearance earlier that she was clearly \u201ca very skilled and talented woman,\u201d but \u201call I know is that she farted on a reality.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
