Just a couple of weeks ago, Jersey Shore<\/em> broke some very exciting news.<\/p>\n

Angelina Pivarnick was pregnant<\/a>!<\/p>\n

This week\u2019s episode, however, revealed that she did not feel well.<\/p>\n

Angelina ultimately confirmed her own worst fears: she\u2019s miscarrying.<\/p>\n

At the end of the Thursday, May 28 episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation<\/em>, Angelina shared the bad news.<\/p>\n

We see her at home, with the comfort of Sammi \u201cSweetheart\u201d Giancola and of her dog.<\/p>\n

Lying back on the couch, she explains that something is wrong.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just not feeling myself,\u201d Angelina began.<\/p>\n

\u201cSome stuff\u2019s happening with me and my pregnancy,\u201d she revealed.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I don\u2019t know what\u2019s going on,\u201d Angelina admitted, \u201cand I don\u2019t even know what to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Sammi \u2014 who was also pregnant when this filmed \u2014 visited, Angelina told her friend what was going on.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m spotting,\u201d Angelina shared. \u201cI\u2019m wearing a pad right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Spotting<\/em> refers to any bloody vaginal discharge. In other words, she found little dots of blood on her underwear before putting in a pad.<\/p>\n

She relayed this to Sammi, who suffered a pregnancy lost during her own fertility journey.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m going to be honest with you: When I miscarried \u2014 like a chemical pregnancy \u2014 I was spotting right away, and then it, like, just, it happened,\u201d Sammi cautioned.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, to me, I\u2019m getting a little concerned for you,\u201d she told Angelina.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to think the worst,\u201d Sammi emphasized.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut for your own peace of mind,\u201d she advised, \u201cgo to the ER and just check.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sammi reasoned: \u201cThey can see what\u2019s going on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Angelina explained to the confessional that she felt \u201cdefinitely scared about what I might find out.\u201d<\/p>\n

It looks like she may have taken Sammi\u2019s counsel.<\/p>\n

During the preview of next week\u2019s episode, Angelina spoke to the camera about what had happened.<\/p>\n

\u201cI woke up in the middle of the night,\u201d she reveals.<\/p>\n
