\tEmily Blunt<\/a> is revealing how she was \u201cterrified\u201d to use AI in her upcoming film Disclosure Day<\/a>,<\/em> directed by Steven Spielberg<\/a>, so she decided to find another way to pull off one of her character\u2019s most unusual scenes. <\/p>\n

\tOn a recent episode of Hot Ones<\/em>, Blunt appeared to promote Disclosure Day<\/a>,<\/em> which hits theaters June 12. In the film, she plays Margaret Fairchild, a TV meteorologist and former journalist who suddenly gains abilities after an encounter with non-human life. In one scene, Margaret has a major vocal change and begins speaking a non-human language during a live weather segment. \t<\/p>\n

\t\u201cIt\u2019s a four-minute oner that we shot that leads up to that moment where she\u2019s gradually sort of disintegrating,\u201d the Devil Wears Prada 2<\/em> actress said. \u201cThere\u2019s various ways you could do it. You could go the AI route, which I\u2019m a bit terrified of.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tSo Blunt found another way to create the sounds her character required without relying on AI. <\/p>\n
