Vanessa Bryant has faced speculation that she is pregnant.<\/p>\n

More than six years after her family faced an unthinkable tragedy<\/a>, she of course has every right to live her life.<\/p>\n

Even as she honors<\/a> those she lost, her family might one day grow again.<\/p>\n

But is she actually pregnant, as the rumors claim? Here\u2019s what we know:<\/p>\n

Last year, rumors that Vanessa Bryant might be pregnant emerged \u2014 at first, seemingly out of nowhere.<\/p>\n

The beloved widow is 43 years old, so a pregnancy is likely very possible. But where did these rumors originate?<\/p>\n

As the days continued, it became clear that these theorists were pointing to specific images in which she might <\/em>be concealing a baby bump.<\/p>\n

Of course, with no clear timeline on the pics, fans weren\u2019t sure what to make of it.<\/p>\n

Obviously, some were quick to rush to congratulate Vanessa Bryant for allegedly being pregnant.<\/p>\n

As we here at THG <\/em>have repeatedly stressed, the time to talk to someone about their pregnancy is when they tell <\/em>you that they are pregnant, or when you see the baby crowning.<\/p>\n

Standard social politeness means never jumping the gun on this kind of alleged development.<\/p>\n

Clearly, enough people were jumping to conclusions for Bryant to see the rumor. And she issued a response.<\/p>\n

So what is the truth?<\/h2>\n

In a recent Instagram Story, Vanessa addressed the rumors directly.<\/p>\n

\u201cCan you guys decide already\u2026..,\u201d Vanessa wrote, adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cAm I pregnant for the 100th time or am I getting remarried???\u201d<\/p>\n

We can see shey she might be feeling annoyed. After all, this is not the first time she\u2019s been forced to address these rumors.<\/p>\n

On June 1 of 2025, Vanessa Bryant took to her Instagram Story to debunk the claim that she is pregnant.<\/p>\n

And she got a little help from Rihanna. Sort of.<\/p>\n

As you can see in the screenshot, she decided to hit back at the claims, writing:<\/p>\n

\u201cMe protecting my peace, not pregnant & having fun all summer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bryant used a string of classic Rihanna paparazzi photos in which the phenomenal singer was carrying a drink and wearing snorkeling gear \u2014 and had opted to flip the bird at photographers who were capturing her summer fun.<\/p>\n

The message is clear: Vanessa Bryant is not pregnant and has no plans to become pregnant (at the very least, for the duration of the summer, which begins on the night of June 20 and ends in the afternoon of September 22).<\/p>\n

Additionally, she\u2019s clearly \u2014 albeit by proxy \u2014 flipping the bird at people who are hassling her with rumors. <\/p>\n

Especially given that pregnancy rumors so often carry an undercurrent of body-shaming. Enough is enough.<\/p>\n

This is an understandably sensitive topic<\/h2>\n

Despite the online chatter about Baby #5, Vanessa Bryant has only welcomed four children.<\/p>\n

Natalia is 23. Bianka is 9. Capri is 6.<\/p>\n
