Are Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner contemplating their next big steps?<\/p>\n

From the start of their entanglement, these two hotties have kept things conspicuously private.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s smart!<\/p>\n

But now, Timmy is dropping hints that he\u2019s ready to become engaged<\/a> \u2014 and perhaps have kids.<\/p>\n

Are Timothee Chalamet and Kylie Jenner moving towards an engagement?<\/h2>\n

\u6d41\u884c <\/em>published an interview with Timothee Chalamet<\/a>, whose hair seems to get worse every time that we see him lately.<\/p>\n

To be clear, he did not delve into his romance with Kylie Jenner<\/a> in the cover interview.<\/p>\n

But he did address how little he was addressing it.<\/p>\n

Timmy explained that he was not keeping quiet about his Kylie romance out of \u201cany fear.\u201d<\/p>\n

Instead, he claimed that he does not \u201chave anything to say.\u201d<\/p>\n

That attitude did not last very long, it seems.<\/p>\n

Timothee did hint that having children one day \u201ccould be on the radar.\u201d<\/p>\n

This came up because he had seen someone online \u201cbragging about not having kids and how much time it afforded them to do other stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n

Being childfree is, for many, still a revolutionary idea \u2014 even as it becomes an economic necessity for growing numbers of Americans who would love to have children, but cannot afford to.<\/p>\n

However, Timothee simply labeled the mindset of enjoying one\u2019s life without children to be \u201cbleak.\u201d<\/p>\n

A lot of Timmy\u2019s peers are engaged or married, even though he\u2019s still in his 20s<\/h2>\n

Timothee Chalamet noted that he feels that he is in a \u201cnew stage of life.\u201d<\/p>\n

He was born in 1995, and turned 30 in December. Yes, he\u2019s just under two months younger than recent birthday girl Kendall Jenner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And Timmy is not the only one in his social \u2014 or professional \u2014 circle who is marking certain milestones.<\/p>\n

Referring to Dune <\/em>co-stars, he noted: \u201cZendaya is engaged. Anya is married.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zendaya and Tom Holland became engaged<\/a> in December 2024. Anya Taylor-Joy (who is playing Timothee\u2019s character\u2019s younger sister, the pre-born abomination Alia Atreides) married musician Malcolm McRae in April 2022.<\/p>\n

When many of the people your age are engaged, you might feel like it\u2019s an age-appropriate time for you to look at marriage yourself.<\/p>\n

Similarly, when you\u2019ve spent two years dating someone who has kids, you\u2019re more likely to imagine yourself in a parental role \u2014 whether it\u2019s as a stepparent or not.<\/p>\n

We wouldn\u2019t necessarily say that the average 29-and-almost-30-year-old is engaged or married.<\/p>\n

But with Timothee\u2019s immediate professional and social orbit filling up with people who are engaged, married, or are parents, it is natural that he\u2019d have these things on his mind.<\/p>\n

And it definitely sounds like he\u2019s hinting at plans for the future \u2014 perhaps even the near future \u2014 with Kylie. He did not, however, just come right out and say that.<\/p>\n

Much like the hairstyle that Timothee Chalamet is sporting these days, his comments on childfree folks being \u201cbleak\u201d is not a good look.<\/p>\n

Some people talk about how happy they are without kids because they, through economic or biological or other factors, cannot have them \u2014 so they\u2019ve learned to be vocal about the silver lining about what might be a sad situation.<\/p>\n

And others are just enjoying their lives being complete people unto themselves. Someone being happy without children (or without a partner, for that matter) is not \u201cbleak,\u201d it\u2019s their life and their joy. What\u2019s the problem with that?<\/p>\n

Perhaps he misspoke. Maybe Timmy is so wrapped up in imagining a future with Kylie Jenner that he\u2019s having a hard time connecting with anyone else\u2019s happiness.<\/p>\n

Kids are amazing. If having kids one day makes him happy, more power to him. But he could be more tasteful when he\u2019s effectively dismissing millions of his own fans as \u201cbleak.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
