Had he broken some sort of rule and required higher security?<\/p>\n<p>Josh\u2019s attorney initially believed this to be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/06\/josh-duggar-health-transfer-update\/?nocache=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">routine transfer<\/a>. Or is he a victim of an unjust system that can effectively do whatever it wants to an unsympathetic and powerless prison population?<\/p>\n<p>Both \u2026 or neither. Whatever Anna may think, Josh is guilty and utterly depraved. But the prison system is also subject to obvious corruption. These days, that is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/10\/ghislaine-maxwell-jen-shah-elizabeth-holmes-same-prison\/?cc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">especially true of federal prisons<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Josh is irredeemable, but all prisoners should be treated at a minimum level of decency appropriate for someone who was falsely accused and convicted.
