Film Academy Launches List to Recognize Exceptional Movie Theaters Around World

The Academy Marquee Theater List will highlight theaters that provide exceptional audience experiences, preserve cinematic history and serve as cultural anchors in their communities. The initial list will include 50 theaters, 25 from the U.S. and 25 from outside of it.
